Process:

Bruce’s process is simple. Invite Bruce to your property so you can show him the issue and discuss the need. He will then prepare a proposal that includes design fees, a construction plan, materials costs, and a schedule. Once the proposal is approved, the invigoration begins.

  • design to construction phasing and fee structure

  • If desired, a detailed cost of construction estimation


Pricing:

It’s difficult to provide fixed, predictable pricing on a web site because every project, while may look the same, can be entirely different. But know that Bruce will be very clear about anticipated pricing in the proposal (see above) and the fact Bruce can build a large percentage, if not all, of a project himself gives clients an efficient, cost-effective vertical integration from design straight through to the build.
